Central Lake and Ellsworth Powerlifting @ MHSPLA Regional Qualifier Meet:

Garrett Keast took 1st place in the 114lb Weight Class with a 170lb squat, 85lb bench press and 230lb deadlift, totaling 485 lbs! He is headed to the State Meet at the end of February!

Talon Montgomery took 3rd place, and is 8th in the state,  in the 207lb weight class with a 350lb squat, 270lb bench press and 480lb deadlift, totaling 1,100 lbs! 

Congratulations Garrett & Talon!!!
