ECS Update: Advance notice. This coming Friday, September 27 is a 1/2-day for all students in grades K-12. School will dismiss at 11:00 and no lunch will be served.

Today the ECS Building Trades class started construction on their 2019/20 project house. A 400 sq. ft., one bedroom, one bath guest house with vaulted ceilings and a full size front porch.


Computer programming year two students are creating a visual program using a block-based programming language.


Congratulations to the ECS Cross Country team and their first (girls) and second (boys) place finishes at yesterday’s House on the Hill Invitational. GO LANCERS!


The Ellsworth Elementary 3-5 students had a great time Friday at Sleeping Bear Dunes. Thanks to teachers Mr. Barry, Mrs. Gee, and Mrs. Kiteley for taking the students.

Congratulations to the ECS Cross Country team for finishing first in the small school division of today’s Boyne Relays.


Congratulations to Ellsworth senior, Private Todd Schultz for just completing 10 weeks of basic training for the Army at Ft. Sill, OK. Throughout the year he will have drills at Camp Grayling and upon HS graduation he will go to AIT at Ft. Leonardwood, MO for construction equipment repair. We are so proud of you TJ, way to go!
